INTEL 12TH GEN PERFORMANCE HYBRID PROCESSING
The Helix 511 can be configured with a range of Intel 12th Generation processors (formerly known as Alder Lake). Choose an efficient Celeron® or powerful Core™ i3, i5, or i7 to match the demands of your application. Up to 64GB of DDR5 memory provides increased bandwidth and reduced latency, all while consuming less power than DDR4. Graphics are provided by the Intel Iris® Xe graphics architecture, delivering up to 2.47x faster graphics than the previous processor generation.
PLENTIFUL INTERFACES AND LEGACY SUPPORT
The Helix 511 is a versatile fanless computer capable of powering solutions including advanced automation, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), access control & building automation, or virtually any other IoT or edge gateway functionality needed. To support its varied application capabilities, a pair of Thunderbolt 4 certified ports provide high-bandwidth connectivity to devices or displays, while up to 4 serial ports enable connectivity to legacy devices requiring electrical transmissions for control. Additionally, Helix 511 can be configured with onboard DIO to provide programmable signaling and control.
ENGINEERED & TESTED TO LAST
Industrial computing applications put a tremendous strain on computing equipment. The Helix 511 has been tested and certified to meet a wide range of global industry standards, including FCC, CE, UKCA, CB, cULus, VCCI, and RCM. It has also undergone a range of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing (CE, FCC), including medical compliance with electrostatic discharge protection up to 15,000 volts (IEC 60601-1-2) and maritime emissions and immunity requirements (EN 60945) . The system is able to reliably operate in temperatures ranging from 0 to 50°C, can accept power input ranging from 12 to 24 Volts, and is Wall, VESA and DIN rail mountable.
CELLULAR CONNECTIVITY
This system can be configured with an integrated cellular modem, pre-certified to operate on many of the world’s most popular cellular carrier networks using a SIM card. Our 4G capable hardware is ideal for today's mobile, edge computing, and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications. The wireless connectivity has been tested to operate reliably in challenging Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) environments (EN 300 328, EN 301 908-2, EN 301 489-17, EN 301 489-52). Many of our systems also include co-location options allowing you to implement Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, in addition to cellular connectivity, at the same time. To take advantage of cellular connectivity, simply configure your system with one of our available cellular modems and then contact your carrier to activate.
